I don't know about ya'll, but once the weather starts cooling down I start craving warm, comforting dinners - I'm talking soup, chili, stew, etc. One of our favorite things to make is chili - we make it year round, but definitely a lot more in the fall and winter. It's quick. Easy. Inexpensive. And makes plenty to have leftovers for a few lunches. It's the perfect cold weather dinner. However, since we're currently participating in another clean eating challenge our go-to chili recipe doesn't work for us - it has corn in it which is a no-no (I also don't put beans in my chili...don't hate!) So I was super excited when Matt found a paleo friendly chili recipe - made in the crockpot nonetheless!! We had it for dinner Tuesday and it was delicious. Don't get me wrong - I definitely prefer our regular chili recipe but this satisfied my craving, was quick 'n' easy, kept me full, and tasted so good ! I knew I had to share our version with ya'll....so here you go! I hope you make and enjoy it as much as we did. Paleo Crock Pot Chili
